2TB 2.5 NAND SATA 2.5-inch SSD (S930P)PRO Simmtronics

With a Serial ATA I/II/III interface, Simmtronics S930P PRO 2.5″ SATA Solid State Disk (SSD) offers all the benefits of flash disc technology, including full compliance with the standard 2.5-inch form factor, low power consumption in comparison to the conventional hard drive, and hot-swapping when removing, replacing, or upgrading flash discs. The device is built with a maximum operating frequency of 200MHz and a 30MHz external crystal, and it has a standard 7-pin interface for the data segment and 15-pin for the power segment. Its storage capacity could go as high as 2TB.

Additionally, it can achieve high performance of up to 550MB/s read and 500MB/s write using 16CE and Toggle 2.0 TLC flash (with 32MB SDR enabled and measured by CrystalDiskMark). It consists of SmartZIP: A built-in compression technique of Simmtronics SSD that helps to improve write efficiency and the SSD.
